Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days of the day the order is placed unless otherwise stated (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. We do not ship outside the continental U.S. or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail shipping. Most orders are received within 5 business days. Unfortunately, there may be shipping delays once your package is with the USPS and we must wait for the USPS to scan the package and make updates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for all of our items are weight-based, shipping varies based on the weight of your order based on its contents.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in the most appropriate packaging to protect the contents. That may include cardboard boxes or plastic poly mailer bags. Packing slips are included in all shipments to show who purchased the items, the contents of the packaging, and any notes included at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you've received a tracking number, then your package assembled to be picked up by the mail carrier. Once you receive a tracking number your order is on its way to you and USPS takes it from there, scanning the package and update its tracking information in the system.
Missing Orders
Sometimes, packages get lost in transit. If your order has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please allow 48 additional hours for your package to arrive. If you've done your due diligence -- asked a neighbor, the leasing office, etc. -- and your order still has not arrived, please file a complaint with the USPS and email us directly with the case number and we will resend the package. We may decide to require a signature upon delivery of the replacement package. We will not re-ship, refund or replace orders signed for by signature confirmation.
Address Errors
Orders shipped to the wrong address (at no fault of Sipping Black Only) will not be refunded or replaced. Please double check your shipping address before completing the transaction. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. We do not make any changes to shipping addresses after orders are placed. If you recognize that your order has been shipped to the wrong address after the order has already shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at that time -- sorry. If USPS returns your package to us as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit minus any shipping fees.
Stolen Packages
If packages are frequently stolen in your neighborhood, please leave a note requesting signature confirmation with the delivery of your package. We offer free signature confirmation.

Return Policy
We typically do not accept returns for any reason other than products being damaged or defective. If you're product is damaged or defective -- first, sorry about that -- you have 15 days from your order date to request a return. You must receive approval from our team to be eligible for a return. Please email us and provide: your order number, photos of the product, and an explanation of the damage. If approved for a return, you will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We will send you a return shipping label.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.
Returned Packages
There are a few reasons why your package may be returned to our warehouse. When we receive your package, you'll be notified via email that your order was returned to us. You will receive a store credit in the amount of your purchase minus paid shipping fees. You will receive a store credit that is valid for 90 days and can be redeemed at sipblackonly.com. You must keep the email with your full store credit code. Once issued the full code cannot be retrieved.
Wrong Product Received
Got the wrong item? Oops, our bad! Please email us and provide your order number and photos of what you received. Once the error is confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label. You can choose whether you want a refund or store credit to place a new order.

Responsibility to pay shipping and return shipping cost are determined on a case-by-case basis. Sale items, gift boxes, and special releases are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Orders shipped to the wrong address are not eligible for a refund. If your package is marked undeliverable by the USPS and sent back to us, we will issue you store credit, minus paid shipping fees.
