FAQs and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. To help answer any questions you may have while shopping Sipping Black Only products, we have gathered a list of frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated, (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order at the time of checkout.

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange an order?
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us so that we can make it right. All returns require pre-authorization. Contact us to receive pre-authorization. You must make your return request  within 15  days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

What are my delivery options?
We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery due to possible delays with the shipping provider.

Do you offer International Shipping?
No, not at this time. We do not ship outside the continental U.S. or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Hawaii and Alaska shipping options are coming soon.
